Your New Role
Location: Sydney CBD
Role Type: Full-time | Permanent
The purpose of the role is to develop and execute effective digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads to the business.
Specifically, this role will support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement new data-informed, digital activities leveraging various digital channels.
Digital Communications
- Manage digital media advertising, paid search, display and native ads.
- Track, monitor, and optimise the performance of keywords, content, and target audience engagement.
- Create high quality, engaging and persuasive content and ad copy for Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and PPC campaigns – that also have the ability to be utilised across various mediums, including websites and social media platforms.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing a paid advertising and social media strategy to increase engagement and lead conversion.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with managing Export Finance Australia’s corporate profile when activities impacting the organisation’s reputation emerge via social media channels.
- Responsible for the operation of all social media channels including managing tools, posting content, moderating, risk management, social selling tools and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the Content and Communications Manager for ongoing coordination of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Management and reporting
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to use insights from a range of sources to evaluate and report on digital activity to identify efficiency and effectiveness including performance benchmarking and return on investment reporting.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the media spend budget across a variety of channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc ensuring the spend reflects the size of the opportunity short and long term.
About you
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Comfortable in paid performance with an ability to establish growth strategies to drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience with Facebook Ads manager, Facebook business suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, PPC campaigns, LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency is required in curating and scheduling content, as well as creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, ROAS and ROI.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals and brand target indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise workload, with a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Solid written communication skills
